Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Returns To Portsmouth Guildhall Square For 2026 Summer Concerts

Following the success of this year’s events, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra will return to Portsmouth Guildhall Square for the 2026 Summer Concerts on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 July.

Friday’s concert, The Best of Williams & Zimmer, will feature iconic film music from John Williams and Hans Zimmer, including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Gladiator, Interstellar and more.

Saturday’s show, Smash Hits – The 80s, celebrates the decade of big hair and neon, with hits from Madonna, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Elton John and others performed by the full orchestra.

Attendees are encouraged to pack a picnic, bring a chair, and enjoy the evening under the stars.

Super Early Bird tickets start at £20 and are available now at portsmouthguildhall.org.uk. Prices rise from 1 November.
