The Isle of Wight’s Lord Lieutenant and High Sheriff, have visited Shanklin Community Library to launch a new Bay Book Bank initiative.

More than 90 people gathered at the Newport restaurant to see the awards presented by the High Sheriff, Jacqueline Gazzard.
