Good Result For Tops Newport

Staff and Children at Tops Newport are celebrating a Good rating from Ofsted following their recent inspection.

According to the Ofsted report, ‘Children excitedly come into nursery, and have warm and secure bonds with the kind and caring staff.'

Staff have high expectations for children's behaviour and staff support children as they learn to risk assess for themselves.

For example, older children learn to climb trees in forest school and younger children develop their skills as they balance along obstacle courses’.

Lauren Parris, Nursery Manager at Tops Newport, said;

"I am extremely proud of the whole team. We have worked so hard to get this result.

"The team always provides exciting experiences for all the children and that’s exactly what the Ofsted inspector saw.

"Every single parent praised the staff team and showed off how amazing the staff are, we were extremely grateful and appreciate the response and kind comments made."
