A fire next to the track has led to the part suspension of Island Line services.
The line is currently suspended between Ryde St Johns Road and Shanklin.
Today (Monday) is the re-launch of the service, following a £26 million upgrade of the tracks and trains.
A shuttle service is in place between St Johns Road and Ryde Pier Head.
The fire has broke out on the tracks between Sandown and Brading, according to the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service.
An electrical cable has caught alight, the fire service said.
One pump from Shanklin is in attendance.
