The Optimists Release New Single And Music Video

Isle of Wight band The Optimists have released their latest single, Running Around, along with an official music video.

Described by the band as their “hookiest track yet”, the song was written by the group and produced by Sugar House Productions, who have worked with major acts including Viola Beach and Larkins.

The accompanying video, full of contagious melodies and guitar-driven hooks, was directed and filmed by Will Baker and is available to watch below:

The Optimists have recently performed in London and Southampton, played at September’s Warrior Festival at Robin Hill, and earlier this year headlined the BBC Sounds of the South event at Newport’s Strings Bar and Venue.
