Appeal To Find Missing 82-Year-Old Man Who May Have Travelled To The Isle Of Wight

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace an 82-year-old man who has gone missing from Havant and may have travelled to the Isle of Wight.

John Sotiropulo was last seen in the Frogham Green area of Havant at around 09:00 this morning (Thursday).

Officers say they have carried out extensive enquiries to locate him but are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

John is believed to have potentially travelled to Portsmouth, Gosport or the Isle of Wight.

He is described as:

• White

• Slim build

• Around 5ft 9in tall

• Bald with a short white beard

• Tattoo on his left arm

When last seen, John was wearing navy blue trousers, a navy blue polo shirt, a grey puffer jacket, black trainers, a brown leather Indiana Jones-style hat, and was carrying a red walking stick with a grey marble handle and a black leather shoulder bag.
