Looking to improve your mental wellbeing this year? Dr Afrosa Ahmed is an accredited Mindfulness Coach, who looks to offer you a solution to your current situation, to start living rather than just existing.
In this special online event, Dr Ahmed will be discussing her best tips and strategies for a healthy mind in 2022, along with what her online mindfulness courses can do for you, followed by a Q&A.
About Dr Ahmed:
I graduated as a medical doctor from Guy’s, Kings’ and St Thomas’s Medical School, qualifying as a General Practitioner in 2005. I subsequently became a Mindfulness Coach, graduating from the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation. I am an accredited teacher on the Mindfulness Teachers Register. I see patients in various central London locations and remotely online.
In addition, I have a special interest in children’s health, obtaining a Diploma in Child Health, from the RCPCH. My work with young people also extends to schools, being an Independent School Governor and giving talks to universities and secondary schools on wellbeing. As a tutor for UCL medical school I incorporate mindfulness and self-care principles through teaching the next generation of doctors.
