Win A Bottle Of Kah Tequila For Cinco De Mayo
It’s Cinco de Mayo on May 5 and this Mexican celebration is the perfect excuse for some tequila cocktails!
The festival coincides with the weekend of the King’s Coronation festivities, in addition to which it’s the season to plan some outdoor entertaining.
KAH Tequila Blanco (40% ABV) is the perfect choice: stylish in its stunning white ceramic bottle, this tequila is the UK’s No.1 best seller for at home, ultra-premium cocktails. We have a bottle to give away to each of three lucky winners but even if you don’t win, the good news is that KAH is easy to find as it’s sold by Tesco and Tesco.com (£35 for a 70cl bottle).
The bottle is exclusive to Tesco and has the ‘wow’ factor as a host gift if you are attending a party. It’s the real deal as it is hand-crafted and bottled in Mexico. This authentic, delicious spirit is properly made and created as good tequilas should be, using 100% Blue Weber Agave.
We have a cocktail recipe for you to try. Great for a Cinco de Mayo brunch or early evening aperitif, mix this riff on a Bloody Mary, the KAH Bloody Juanita. KAH means ‘life’ in the ancient Mayan language so is just the thing to raise a toast and easy to expand the ingredients for a crowd-pleasing cocktail session.
Ingredients for a KAH Bloody Juanita
60ml KAH Blanco Tequila
100ml Tomato juice
15ml Fresh lime juice
3 Cherry tomatoes
5 Drops Tabasco or Jalapeno sauce
10 Drops Worcestershire sauce
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Method
Blend all the ingredients, pour over ice and garnish with Siracha Sauce and a Tajin rim.
