Owners of The Little Gloster restaurant in Gurnard have announced the restaurant and rooms will close later this year.
Ben and Holly, who have run the business since 2010, say they have made the 'hard decision' to shut in September.
Until then, they will be exclusively open for room guests only and the restaurant will be closed to non-residents.
The pair had their first date at the site on Marsh Road, got engaged then married there and say they have memories they will hold on to forever.
Posting on their website, a statement read:
'Being one of many seasonal restaurant businesses on the island, facing the equivalent of three winters in a row, it is the right decision and we would like to thank our landlord for offering us the opportunity to leave our lease early'
'And would like to thank everyone who has dined or stayed with us for their support & friendship over the years, especially our incredible team, many of which we hope to continue working with.'
'...This place is not just about the three of us, but our extended family & friends too and we love it.'
Meanwhile, you can make a booking to stay in the three rooms seven days a week from July 4 until the end of September.
The Little Gloster is also the reigning Good Food Guide Best Local Restaurant for the whole of the UK, which Ben and Holly say is one of their 'proudest moments and will shut the door at the end of September with their 'hearts full and heads high''.
