Fathers Day can be a happy time for many, but for those coping with the loss of their dad, it can be a struggle.

Mountbatten Isle of Wight has issued some tips for dealing with grief on Fathers Day - and is reminding us that its experts in psychology and bereavement are there to help.

The charity's bereavement service is available to anyone who has experienced a death, no matter where or how it happened.
