Robin Hill has announced its Sky High event will return later this week — giving advanced notice to local landowners.

From August 20th-22nd, hot air balloons fill the skies once more — and the park’s Lower Valley will become a hive of activity with hot air balloon crews tethering and performing inflation races.

Sky High Night Glow will return daily from 5pm-10pm. Hot air balloon themed entertainment will include live music, street performers and a selection of dinner options, including the arrival of popular food vendors, Feast Streat.

Ahead of the event, Robin Hill has issued a courtesy notice to all local landowners and businesses that planned hot air balloon flights are expected from Wednesday 18th-Sunday 24th August.

Due to the nature of balloon flight relying heavily on calm winds and stable air, flights are unlikely to take place outside of the following early morning and evening times on those dates: 6am-7am/6:30pm-8pm.

Balloon flights are operated and managed by qualified flight crews; all pilots are licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority and carry a Certificate of Airworthiness.
