Sainsbury's petrol station in Newport has been forced to close this afternoon (Saturday), as fuel supplies have almost run out.
Long queues for fuel have been seen on forecourts in recent days due to a shortage of HGV drivers.
It's understood the government's set to temporarily ease visa rules to allow foreign truckers to work in the UK.
A spokesperson for Sainsbury's says they will remain open for the emergency services.
