Five year groups at Ryde School are self-isolating after cases of coronavirus were confirmed.
Pupils in Reception, and Years 3 to 6, are learning from home as a precaution. Some staff are also self-isolating until Sunday (25).
Cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in two households in those year groups.
The school says no further cases have been found, despite widespread testing.
Health authorities and Public Health England have been notified, Ryde School says.
Head Master Mark Waldron stated:
"We are closely monitoring the current situation with PHE. We will continue to implement daily temperature and symptom checks on all staff and pupils in school, all of whom have been provided with lateral flow test devices.
"Parents have been asked, as always, to remain vigilant to ensure the safe running of our school”.
