A yacht has got stuck off Bembridge, prompting a call-out for rescue teams this afternoon (Tuesday).
Bembridge RNLI is currently assisting the vessel, after it ran aground on the notorious Bembridge Ledge.
Crews were first alerted just after 1pm.
Bembridge Coastguard Rescue Team has also been called to the incident.

HM Coastguard says five people were evacuated to shore, following the incident.
Attempts will be made to refloat the vessel at high tide.
A spokesperson said:
"At approx. 1.15pm today (8 June), HM Coastguard received a mayday call from a yacht run aground at Bembridge Ledge with five people on board.
"Bembridge coastguard rescue team and RNLI lifeboat were sent and those on board were evacuated to shore. Attempts will be made to refloat the vessel at high tide."
