Red Noses Give Hovercraft New Look In Aid Of Comic Relief

Hovertravel is getting into the spirit of giving this Spring with a startling new look adorning its vessels.

Each of the company's two hovercraft will wear a red nose to raise awareness and encourage donations for Comic Relief 2022.

Loretta Lale, head of commercial at Hovertravel, said:

“Our hovercraft are some of the most photographed commercial vessels in the world and we wanted to use their popularity to raise the awareness of Comic Relief and encourage people to give what they can.

“Solent Flyer has the red nose called Dash proudly displayed on the front between the two bow doors and Island Flyer is wearing the red nose called Chip is the same place”

Hovertravel will be collecting donations within their terminals, while people can also donate online.

Red Nose Day returns to our screens this Friday (March 18), more information on ways to get involved can be found at www.comicrelief.com/rednoseday.
