There are reports of problems with Sky Broadband on the Isle of Wight today (Thursday).
Sky customers in Cowes, Freshwater, Shanklin and Shorwell have all reported a loss of internet service.
The problems were first reported yesterday in several parts of the Island.
It's understood there are service problems in other parts of the south east of England and Wales, which is stopping people from making phone calls or get online.
Sky engineers are working to fix the issues.
