Isle of Wight emergency services were called to Newport this morning following an incident in which a motorcyclist suffered a minor injury.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene on Shide Road.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said:
"We were called at 7.45am today (Friday) to reports of a single road traffic incident involving a motorcycle on Shide Road.
"A motorcyclist had come off his bike and he was treated for a minor injury to his knee at the scene."
