A missing man has been located following an overnight search in the Bembridge area.
Personnel from Bembridge and Ventnor Coastuard Rescue Teams, along with Bembridge RNLI and police, conducted a sweeping search after the man, in his 40's, was reported missing last night (Friday).
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said:
"We were called just after 11pm with a report of a concern for the welfare of a man in his 40s.
"Officers carried out enquiries and the man was located."
