Another 98 cases of coronavirus have been recorded on the Isle of Wight today (Monday).
It takes the total registered on Island this month (January) to 3,646. Since the start of the pandemic, that number stands at 5,325.
Last week, the Island's seven-day rolling rate had risen to the fourth highest in the country.
Yesterday (Sunday), it fell to the sixteenth highest and today it is the UK's seventeenth highest.
The Island's average case rate is now 836.6 per 100,000 population.
Another six people have died at St Mary's Hospital, however.
