An Isle of Wight man who police say "caused misery" to the local community has been charged.
As Isle of Wight Radio previously reported, Jamie Peter Evans was given a Criminal Behaviour Order by officers last month (August).
Hampshire Constabulary says he has been charged with three counts of breaching it.
It is alleged he entered Victoria Street on 2 September, John Street on 5 September, and Arthur Street on 8 September, which he is prohibited from doing under the conditions of an existing CBO.
The 50-year-old, of no fixed abode has been remanded in custody.
He is due to appear before Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court this morning.
