Isle Of Wight Landmarks Turn Green To Celebrate NHS Trust Success

Landmarks on the Isle of Wight have turned green to celebrate the Isle of Wight NHS Trust's latest Care Quality Commission report.

As reported yesterday (Thursday), The Trust has now moved into the 'Good' sector following inspections by the CQC in June and July.

Despite the pressure of responding to the pandemic, 89 of the Trust’s 108 ratings from the CQC are now Good or Outstanding – 82 per cent.

Inspectors highlighted 18 examples of outstanding care or service, ranging from the quality of patient care provided to significant improvement in the Trust’s culture and partnership working.

Carisbrooke Castle, Guildhall in Newport and St Mary's Hsopital all shone green to mark the achievements of staff.
