Isle Of Wight Businesses Invited To Seminar And Networking Event

Isle of Wight businesses and entrepreneurs are being invited to a free seminar and networking event being held in October.

Business mentor and speaker, Dale Howarth, will be delivering one of his popular and free business seminar and networking events at the Lakeside Park Hotel and Spa in Wootton.

With only 150 delegate places available, demand for the bi-annual event is once again expected to be high.

Entitled ‘There’s always more toothpaste in the tube!’ Dale will take a look at innovation and the important part it has to play in any business and reflect on how companies have innovated and adapted to re-discover themselves in what has been an extremely challenging and unprecedented
time for many.

Exploring the out-of-the-box thinking and groundbreaking ideas that have enabled some to thrive and become more resilient than ever before, including examples of Island businesses that are an example of what can be achieved. A talk that will spark new ideas and surprise many
as to the possibilities when we innovate, adapt and move away from the conventional.

Reflecting that when adversity faces us and we feel we have exhausted all avenues, Dale says ‘There is always more toothpaste in the tube!’

This latest event follows the success of ‘No marketing budget, so what’s holding you back?’ in 2019 and ‘Practical Lessons for Better Business’ in 2017 and promises to deliver another fast-paced, thought-provoking, entertaining and motivational presentation. Dale will also be
spotlighting local businesses and reflect on their stories of innovation and success, as an example to others of what can be achieved.

Dale is encouraging businesses to come forward and contact him through his website to share their stories, some of which will be reflected upon at the event.

Dale, who holds the the coveted ‘CPD Accredited Speaker’ status, said:

"The part that innovation can play in business success is often misunderstood. Whilst it has been a truly challenging time there are some great examples globally and locally of businesses that have adapted and innovated to move forward more successfully than ever before.

"This is a chance to spotlight some of these but also an opportunity for island businesses to come together, network and learn key lessons on how to innovate, adapt and re-frame problems into opportunities."

The event is happening on October 27 at 5pm with a reception and an hour of business networking in the Oyster Room before moving to the Kingfisher Suite for the presentation from Dale.

Those attending also have the opportunity to meet the event sponsors, which includes: Betapak, BrightBulb Design, Hillbans Pest Control, Lifeline, NFU Mutual, PC Consultants, Premier Motors, Red Squirrel Property Shop, Top Mops and WightFibre. The Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce and The CPD Standards Office based in London are also supporting the event.

With only 150 delegate places available, anyone who wants to reserve a space can do so at www.dalehowarth.com or email [email protected]
