Firefighters have been called to reports of a fire in a property in the Oakfield area of Ryde.
Two appliances from Ryde and one from Newport were called to the High street at 10.41am.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said the call was to a domestic property.

*It's understood a fire broke out on the ground floor of the property.
Crews have been using hose reel jets to put out the fire.
No injuries have been reported.
