Fire crews were called to Ventnor this afternoon (Sunday) following reports of a fire at a residential property.
Appliances from Shanklin and Ventnor received the call at 3.40pm, attending Marlborough Road.
The property's kitchen, from where the fire emanated, was heavily smoke logged, with two hose reels and smoke clearance carried out.
Four breathing apparatus were also used, although nobody was reportedly injured during the incident.
