Police, ambulance and coastguard teams have been called to Compton Bay.
A number of emergency teams have been called to Compton, along with the HM Coastguard helicopter.
It’s understood an air ambulance has also been called.
Isle of Wight Radio has been told there is at least one person with injuries.
UPDATED 1.01am:
One casualty is being airlifted to Southampton hospital by the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
Their condition is currently unknown.
