An emergency road closure has been put in place on Station Avenue in Sandown.
The road is shut - from the junction of St John's Road to Albert Road - to enable Southern Water to carry out repairs to a manhole and frame.
As a result, the Isle of Wight Council is temporarily revoking the one-way restriction in Station Avenue from its junction with St Johns
Road, for approx 135m in an easterly direction.
Diversions are also in place.
