BREAKING NEWS: Coastguard teams have been called to an incident in Bembridge today (Tuesday).
It's understood ambulance crews have also been called.
Isle of Wight Radio understands a person has got into difficulty in the water.
The incident is currently ongoing.

*A HM Coastguard spokesperson said:
"The Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Team was requested to assist IOW Ambulance following an incident at Bembridge Causeway at 12.30pm today (September 29)."
