Calling All Island Traders To Book A Stall At The County Showground

As lockdown starts to ease, we are being encouraged to support Island businesses - some of which were forced to close and others kept us supplied with essentials throughout the pandemic.

The Agriculture Society is urging local food and craft businesses to apply for a stall at a series of local markets set to happen next month.

Organisers say there will be an opportunity for local businesses to trade at The County Showground this Sunday (July 5) and next Sunday (July 12).

Entry is free for Islanders to attend the event, which is from 10am-2pm.

Traders can book a pitch by emailing [email protected]

The Island's MP Bob Seely said:

“It’s a great idea. We should always be supporting local businesses and local food producers, but it is now more important than ever to get behind our local food and agriculture.”
