Island Line services have been suspended again today (Wednesday).
South Western Railway (SWR) says an axle counter failure at Smallbrook Junction is to blame.
All lines are blocked as a result.
Train services running through the station will be suspended.
Disruption is expected until 4pm.
A spokesperson for SWR said:
"We have been informed that there is an axle counter failure at Smallbrook Junction. All services are currently suspended as a result.
"For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
"We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey."
