Stacey Solomon Gives Birth To Second Son

Sun, 06 May 2012 6:34PM

Reality TV star and former X Factor finalist Stacey Solomon has given birth to her second child - another little boy.

The news was announced by the presenter's publicity agent, Max Clifford, via Twitter.

"Congratulations to our lovely client @5taceysolomon who gave birth to a baby boy earlier today," he tweeted.

"Both baby and mum are doing well."

The 22-year-old faced controversy during her pregnancy when she was spotted smoking while seven months pregnant.

She later said she deserved the criticism - but she thought it was quite harsh.

"All of the responses are something that I deserve," she said in March.

"I don't for one minute think I can sit here and say it is OK.

"So I can accept that kind of criticism and although it's not nice to hear, I know that it's true (the health risks) and maybe that will give me more power to stop it and nip it in the bud."

The presenter said she smoked when she was feeling under a lot of pressure.
