Wightlink Warriors Return to the Track

Speedway is back at Smallbrook Stadium in Ryde.

Usually, in action on Thursday evenings, every
week throughout the summer, the Wightlink Warriors race from 6.15pm against sides from Oxford and Cradley, as well as staging the Island Masters Grand Prix over three rounds and handicap racing to provide a varied programme throughout the season.

This family friendly community club is mindful that every age needs to be catered for on match nights — and therefore offers free admission to accompanied children 16 and under and provides activities to keep the youngsters involved. They can watch riders of their own age on track and join the grown- ups to enjoy high speed action on the country's largest raceway — all from the comfort of a clean and tidy grandstand.

With disabled access and a dedicated viewing area sited conveniently close to both the track and The Retreat Snack Bar, club officials make every effort to ensure that everybody attending the Smallbrook Stadium has an affordable and enjoyable experience they would be happy to recommend to others.
