U2 Where The Streets Have No NameEarly Closure Of Police Station To The Public

The front office at Shanklin police station will close next week.
It was originally going to stay open to the public until April 2012.
However Hampshire Constabulary says the building on Landguard Road will be retained by Hampshire Constabulary as an active police station.
It will house the force's Targeted Patrol teams (TPT), which respond to 999 calls; the East Wight, Sandown and Shanklin Safer Neighbourhoods teams (SNTs), and the Isle of Wight Roads Policing Unit (RPU).
