Spoils shared at St George's

Newport drew 1-1 with Hamble in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division this afternoon (Saturday).

Port defender Martin McDonough put the home side ahead on the stroke of half-time but Hamble hit straight back to level in first-half injury time.

In Division 1, East Cowes Vics drew 2-2 with Amesbury Town.

Josh Appell and Keelan Sainsbury scored for Vics, who had Adam Howarth and Adam Sunsberg sent off.
