Newport Bags Heart Foundation Fun Day

The British Heart Foundation's Bagathon takes place in Newport's St James Square on Saturday.

Councillor Julie Jones-Evans will cut the ribbon at 10:30am ahead of a fun-day.

The event is in aid of the British Heart Foundation and if you are planning to go along, organisers are hoping you will also be able to donate a bag of items to sell at one of their charity shops on the Island.
