A woman is planning to swim round the Isle of Wight in one year's time.
Anna Wardley from Hampshire starts the countdown, by appearing at the Southampton Boat Show on Sunday.
The endurance swimmer is planning to complete the 60 mile non-stop circumnavigation.
Anna's challenge won't end when she swims round the Isle of Wight. Her Five Island Swim Challenge will also see her swimming round Jersey in the Channel Islands, Tiree in the Hebrides, Dragonera off Mallorca, Portsea and the Isle of Wight.
She'll be raising funds for the Samaritans, Toe in the Water and Sail Africa.
