Families will be rewarded, at Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week on Sunday.
Families taking part in the racing will be awarded on-the-spot prizes.
On-shore, organisers are promising a flag making competition, remote controlled boat racing and discounts on RIB and boat rides.
From 6pm, off Cowes Green, ten boats in two heats will battle it out in the Crewsaver RS Elite Stadium Cup. The top two boats from each heat will take part in the final. Top names including the national champion are scheduled to take part, just a few metres off shore.
Bands will continue to entertain the crowds at locations through the town. The Hanging Baskets headline Cowes Yacht Haven, from 10pm. Cornerstone and Robbie Williams tribute act Tony Lewis will take to the stage on Cowes Parade.
For those ending day two in Cowes Yacht Haven, there will be a chance to watch the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games, from 7:30pm.
