A photo of Mr Rahman issued by police to aid with their search
Police say that a 'vulnerable' missing man has been found safe and well on the Isle of Wight.
Khalil-Ur Rahman was found on Ryde Esplanade this afternoon (Sunday) by police.
He is being taken to hospital.
Officers were concerns for the welfare of Mr Rahman, also known as Melroy Robinson, who was reported missing from Lewisham Hospital in London earlier this week.
Police are thanking the public for their help in the search for Mr Rahman.
