64 people have swum across the Solent to raise money for charity.
The event is organised by West Wight Sports Centre as a fund raiser for it's own charity, but 19 other charities are also being supported by the swimmers.
Swimmer Gary Watson told Isle of Wight Radio, 'I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to cold water, but it was quite warm actually!
'You can hear people clapping and cheering. It makes you feel really good.'
Each swimmer had a target of £250 to raise but many had already exceeded this before the swim. Organisers are optimistic that the swim will raise £25,000 in total.
