Met Office Revises Isle of Wight Weather Warning

An earlier warning of bad weather has been lifted for the Isle of Wight.

The Met Office has lifted its yellow "be aware" warning for Wednesday and Thursday.

But outbreaks of heavy rain remain likely during Friday, until midnight.

The Met Office says given ongoing near-saturated conditions, some localised flooding may result.

The Met Office now warns of "further heavy showers for Tuesday night and through Wednesday".
