Furniture Stolen From Pub Garden

Furniture Stolen From Pub Garden

Thieves have stolen sofas, tables and stools from a pub garden in Seaview.

Police believe the items were taken from the Boathouse pub at Seaview overnight between Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23.
 
The following items were taken from the pub garden:
 
*Four rattan two seater outdoor sofas – dark brown with bright red cushions

*Two rattan tables – dark brown with clear glass tops

*Two rattan stools – dark brown with bright red tops
 
PC Laura Cade said: "I am keen to speak to anyone who may have seen suspicious people or vehicles in the area in the early hours of Saturday morning. Taxi drivers or late night fishermen may have noticed suspicious activity."
 
Anyone with information, or may have been offered the stolen items for sale should contact PC Cade at Shanklin police station on 101. Mini-Com users can call the police on 01962 875000. Information can be given anonymously by calling the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
