Sandown Social Club will have its licence reviewed after Isle of Wight Police raised concerns over underage drinking and disorder.
Police have called a review on the York Road club on the grounds that it may not be taking measures to prevent crime and disorder, public nuisance and to protect children from harm.
Officers have raised concerns about the club frequently admitting non-members, despite being advised its licence did not allow it.
Under 18's party
The application also highlights an event held at the club for a 17 year old and around 60 young people of a similar age despite the clubs license only allowing over 18 year olds on the premises.
At the event staff applied an ink stamp to the hand of those under 18years old but Police say it was easily removed and there was record of anyone being refused alcohol at the bar.
There have also been a number of complaints to Environmental Health over the last few years about noise nuisance from the building.
The Council's Licensing Sub Committee are due to review Sandown Social Club's license on the 18th June.
